Recurring Cleaning in Clinton, MA

A recurring plan means the house never gets far enough away from you to need rescuing. The same trained team comes on a set rhythm — every week, every other week, or once a month — and every visit after the first starts from a home that was already clean not long ago. This page explains how the plans work. The three cadence pages below explain which one suits your house.

Spacious living room kept clean by a recurring cleaning plan

People who are tired of losing a Saturday to catching up, and would rather the house was held at a steady standard than rescued three times a year.

How an ongoing plan works

The first visit is the heaviest one. It takes the house back to a baseline — the bathrooms, the kitchen, the floors, and the places a normal week never reaches. Everything after that is maintenance, and maintenance is a different job: less fighting build-up, more time on detail. You get a set day, so it stops being something you have to think about. You get the same people, so nobody has to be told twice which rug lifts, which door sticks, or where things go back. We do not subcontract, which is why the team you meet is the team you keep.

Choosing your cadence, honestly

Weekly suits homes that take a beating — pets, children, a lot of traffic through the kitchen. Every other week is the interval people ask about first, and it is worth understanding why. Monthly suits smaller, quieter homes and places that sit empty half the time. If you start on one and it turns out to be the wrong one, we will tell you. We would rather move you down a cadence than keep you on visits your house does not need, and we would rather say a home needs more than watch every visit turn into a rescue.

What does not change with frequency

The standard is the same on every plan. What changes is the interval, and therefore how much has had time to build up between visits. The details are the whole point of the work: baseboards, door frames, light fixtures, under and behind the couches and the beds. On a plan these get worked through visit by visit rather than saved up for one long day in April. Every visit is covered by our insurance, in your home, the same as the first one.

What this includes

  • A set day and a set rhythm, so you know when we are coming
  • The same trained team each visit — our own people, never subcontracted
  • A first visit that takes the house to a baseline the plan can hold
  • Detail work — baseboards, door frames, light fixtures — worked through steadily rather than left to accumulate
  • Under and behind the couches and beds, on every plan at every cadence
  • Room to move up or down a cadence once we both see how your home behaves
  • Scheduling handled directly with us on (508) 726-1610

Common questions

You might be wondering

Which cadence should I choose?

Most households settle on every other week. Choose weekly if you have pets that shed, a full house, or rooms that are simply in constant use. Choose monthly if the home is small or lightly used. If you are unsure, start where you think you are and let the first few visits answer it — we will say plainly if you are on the wrong one.

Do I need to be at home?

Some customers are out at work when we come, others prefer to be there while we work. Both are normal. How we get in is something we agree with you directly before the plan starts, so call and tell us what suits your household.

What if I need to move or skip a visit?

Plans are a rhythm, not a trap. School holidays, travel, a week when the house is full of guests — call us as early as you can and we will find another day where we can.

How is a recurring plan different from a one-off clean?

A one-off clean takes a house that has been left back to where it should be. A recurring plan holds it there. That is why the first visit of a plan is the heaviest and the ones after it are steadier — there is simply less to undo each time.
