Best fit
A commercial or institutional property, and anything involving restoration or emergency cleanup — which is a different trade from cleaning.

Where Vcleaning can still improve

Two of the companies above publish something we do not. A comparison that left that out would not be worth reading.

No published guarantee

Merry Maids publishes a Worry-Free Guarantee and JAN-PRO publishes a re-clean guarantee. We do not have a formal written policy, and we would rather say that than imply one. What we do is straightforward: tell us and we put it right. If a written guarantee matters to you, that is a real point in their favour.

No published inspection system

JAN-PRO publishes a 50-point assessment. We do not publish a formal inspection framework. Our consistency comes from sending our own trained employees to the same properties rather than from a documented audit process, which is a different approach and one you may reasonably prefer either way.

Specialty methods are not published

We perform window, carpet, upholstery and floor cleaning, but we have not published the equipment and processes behind them. Until we can state those accurately, our pages describe scope rather than method — and you should ask us directly if the how matters to your job.

Our service-area list could be clearer

We work across Clinton and Central Massachusetts, but the published town list on this site is not yet as precise as it should be. If your town is not obvious here, call and ask rather than assume.

Our own listings need tidying

We have a duplicate profile on one review platform splitting our reviews across two listings, and a few third-party directories still show an outdated “25 years” instead of nearly 30. Housekeeping on our part, and we are fixing it.

What our own customers keep saying

The most common complaint about cleaning companies, across the industry, is that the same places get skipped — baseboards, trim, vents, door frames, the inside of appliances. The thing our customers name, unprompted and repeatedly, is that we clean exactly those places.
