House Cleaning in Clinton, MA

A single-family house is yours to run. There is no building manager, no association hours and no lobby to carry a bucket through, so we can work the way your house actually needs, on the days that suit you. The same trained team every visit, going under and behind the furniture rather than around it.

Homeowners in Clinton and the surrounding towns who want a single-family house kept properly on a schedule, by people they recognize at the door.

A house answers to nobody, and that helps

No association tells us which hours we may work, and there is no building office to sign in with. We park in your driveway, carry the kit straight to the door, and get on with it. If you want the oven done on a Tuesday morning while you are at work, that is a decision between you and us. Some customers leave a key or a door code, others are home. Either is fine.

A big floor plan needs a plan

Square footage is the honest constraint. A visit that treats every room identically ends up thin everywhere, so we agree what gets full attention each time and what comes round on a cycle. Kitchen, bathrooms and the rooms your family actually lives in usually earn every visit. Spare bedrooms, the formal dining room and the finished basement can rotate. You will always know where the hours went.

What a house drags in from outside

Your own driveway and yard are also your own sand, salt, mud and cut grass. It comes in at the front door, the garage door and the back slider, then works along the floor edges and up the baseboards. We treat the entry points, floors and mud room as the hardest-working parts of the house, because in New England they are.

What this includes

  • Kitchen worked from the cabinet fronts down to the floor edges under the toe kicks
  • Every bathroom in the house, including the one nobody uses
  • Under and behind the couches and beds, moved rather than worked around
  • Baseboards, door frames and light fixtures throughout the house
  • Entryways, mud room and the garage-door threshold, where the outside gets in
  • Inside the fridge and the oven when you want them included
  • A rotation for spare rooms and lower-traffic spaces, agreed with you first

Common questions

You might be wondering

Do I need to be home while you clean?

No. Some customers are home, others leave a key or give us a door code. Tell us which you prefer and how you want the house left afterwards, including doors, alarm and where the dog should be, and that becomes part of the routine.

Can you clean only part of the house?

Yes. Tell us which rooms matter and we work to that list. If we think the time would do more good somewhere else in the house, we will say so before the visit rather than after it.

Do you move furniture?

We clean under and behind couches and beds as a matter of course, because that is the promise we make. Anything heavy, fragile or fixed to a wall we ask about first rather than guess.

How often does a house like mine need cleaning?

It depends on how many people and pets use it, how much of it is hard floor, and how much of your weekend you want back. Describe the house on the phone and we will give you a straight answer, including when a less frequent visit would do the job.
