When you request a quote through this website, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town, and anything you tell us about the work. That is the only information this website collects about you.
We do not use advertising trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. It goes to us, so we can call you back.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, prepare your estimate, and arrange the work if you hire us. If you do not become a customer, your inquiry simply stays in our email like any other message.
The video on our homepage
Our introduction video is hosted by Vimeo and loads only after the page has finished loading. We use Vimeo's do-not-track setting, which asks Vimeo not to collect viewing analytics about you.
Your choices
If you would like us to delete an inquiry you sent us, call or email and we will remove it. Nothing about this website requires an account, a login, or a payment.
