Privacy Policy
Plain English, because that is how we would want it explained to us.
What we collect
When you request a quote through this website, we receive what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address if you give one, your town, and anything you tell us about the work. That is the only information this website collects about you.
We do not use advertising trackers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. It goes to us, so we can call you back.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to your inquiry, prepare your estimate, and arrange the work if you hire us. If you do not become a customer, your inquiry simply stays in our email like any other message.
The video on our homepage
Our introduction video is served from this website itself. It is not hosted by Vimeo, YouTube or any other video service, so watching it tells no third party anything about you. It plays muted and without sound, and it sets no cookies.
Your choices
If you would like us to delete an inquiry you sent us, call or email and we will remove it. Nothing about this website requires an account, a login, or a payment.
