School Cleaning in Clinton, MA

A school does not have quiet hours so much as narrow gaps — after dismissal, on in-service days, and the vacation weeks when the building finally empties. We already clean private schools, and we plan the work around the calendar you send us rather than the one that would suit us. The same trained team each visit, so your staff know who is in the building.

School corridor floors machine cleaned

For heads, business managers and facilities staff at private schools and preschools across Central MA who need the building cleaned around the timetable instead of through it.

Term time and vacation weeks are two different jobs

During term the work is repetition and speed: classrooms reset after dismissal, corridors and entrance matting, the cafeteria, the washrooms, and the touch points a hundred hands reach for every hour. Vacation weeks and summer are when the heavy work belongs — walls, baseboards, doors, frames and light fixtures, cabinets cleaned inside and out, and under and behind furniture that never moves while children are in the room. Send us the term dates and the in-service days once, and we will build the year around them.

When children are in the building

Most schools have us in after dismissal, which is simplest for everyone. Where a job has to overlap with the school day, we work in rooms that are empty, keep every cart and every bottle with the person using it rather than parked in a corridor, and stay clear of stairwells at changeover. Your school sets the rule and we work to it, not the other way round.

Classrooms take a specific kind of beating

Desks and chair legs, the floor under the furniture, classroom sinks and the wall behind them, whiteboard ledges, cubbies, and doors marked at hand height. Then the parts of a school nobody counts as a room: the corridor between the gym and the hall, the front office where parents wait, the staff room. These are the places a visiting family forms an opinion in, usually without noticing they have.

Common questions

You might be wondering

Can you work around our timetable?

That is the whole basis of how we schedule a school. Most of the routine work happens after dismissal. The heavier work — walls, baseboards, frames, light fixtures, inside cabinets, under and behind furniture — waits for vacation weeks and summer, when rooms are empty and we can move things properly. Give us the calendar at the start of the year and we plan back from it.

Will your team be cleaning while children are present?

Only if your school wants it that way, and most do not. Where an overlap is unavoidable we work in rooms that are already empty, keep carts and supplies with the person using them rather than left in a corridor, keep cords out of walkways, and stay out of stairwells during changeover.

What can you tell us about your staff?

We will not make claims here that we cannot evidence, and you should be wary of any cleaning company that does. What we can tell you plainly: the crew is our own trained team, not subcontractors, and it is the same faces each visit rather than whoever was free that morning. If your school has specific vetting requirements, raise them with Viviane before you commit and she will tell you honestly what we can and cannot meet.

Do you handle the big vacation-week clean?

Yes, and it is the right time for it. Walls, baseboards, doors, frames and light fixtures, cabinets cleaned inside and out, floors done properly with the furniture moved. Book it early — vacation weeks are the busiest part of our year.
