Property Management Cleaning in Clinton, MA
An empty unit earns nothing, so a turnover is a scheduling problem before it is a cleaning problem. We clean units between tenants and keep the common areas of the buildings you manage on a standing visit, so one call covers the whole portfolio. Because we do not subcontract, the people who learn your buildings are the people who keep coming back to them.

For landlords, property managers and leasing agents across Central MA who are running several addresses at once and need a cleaner who can be trusted with access and a handover date.
Turnovers, scheduled against your handover date
The tenant hands back the keys and the clock starts. We clean a vacated unit the way the next tenant will inspect it — inside the cabinets and drawers, inside the fridge and the oven, down the sides of the appliances, the closet shelving, the window sills and the door tracks. Tell us the handover date when you book and we will tell you plainly whether we can hold it, rather than agreeing to it and rescheduling you later.
One point of contact for every address
Portfolios come apart at the coordination, not the cleaning. You should not have to brief a new crew every time a unit comes free, or explain again which building has the awkward stairwell and which one needs a code. We hold that list — the properties, what each one needs, how access works — so a turnover request from you is a short message instead of a briefing.
The common areas tenants actually email you about
Entryways, corridors, stair treads and landings, the laundry room, the mail area, the shared washrooms. A prospective tenant judges the building on these before they ever see the unit, and a current tenant writes to you the week they slip. Kept on a standing weekly or biweekly visit, they stop being something anyone has to notice.

Common questions
You might be wondering
Can you clean several units in the same week?
That is the normal shape of this work. Tell us how many units there are and where, and we will build the week around your handover dates. We use our own trained team rather than subcontractors, so the last unit is cleaned to the same standard as the first.
How do you handle keys and access?
However you want it handled. A lockbox, a door code, a key held for the length of the contract, or someone meeting us on site — tell us the arrangement and we follow it at every property. We are fully insured on every job.
What if a tenant left the unit in a bad state?
Tell us when you book, and send photos if you have them. A unit that has been lived in hard is a different job from a routine turnover, and we would rather plan for it than arrive to a surprise. Either way you get the quote before we start.
Do you cover common areas as well as units, or only turnovers?
Both, and it usually makes sense to do both. Turnovers are unpredictable by nature; common areas are the opposite and suit a fixed schedule. Having one team on both means whoever cleans your lobby already knows the building when a unit comes free.
