We have been doing this for nearly 30 years, and none of this is a mystery to us. It is worth naming plainly, because a company that cannot say what usually goes wrong is not in a position to promise it will not.

At home

The causes are duller than people expect. Most visits are not worked to a written room-by-room standard, so the result follows whoever turned up that day. Crews are usually assigned by who is free rather than who knows the building. And schedules get compressed until the only things that fit are the surfaces that show.

The edges are the work we are known for. Baseboards, door frames, sills, switch plates and vents are the job, not the bonus — it is what our customers name in their own reviews. It has its own detail cleaning service for when it is the whole visit.

“Deep clean” means whatever the cleaner decides

Our own trained employees, on every job, never subcontracted. The same people learn your home or your building — which rug lifts, which door sticks, where the traffic actually falls.

Commercial standards drift after the first month

A scope written for the property: which areas, which surfaces, at what frequency. It is what makes the standard on a Tuesday in month six match the standard on day one — including the two areas that get noticed first, restrooms and floors.

Cleaning gets in the way of the working day

We schedule around how the building actually runs — before opening, after close, or around a school timetable. Timing is part of the quote rather than something worked out afterwards.

The final clean is not final

We work after your last trade is off site and to the date you give us, and the walkthrough items — cabinets, trim, edges, glass — are part of the job rather than what gets reached if there is time. That is post-construction cleaning.
