An empty house is the one chance to do it properly
No furniture, no boxes, nothing in the cupboards. It is the only time in that building's life when the inside of every cabinet, the back of every closet and the entire floor are all reachable at once. After the move-in, half of those surfaces disappear behind something for the next ten years. We use the empty house for exactly what it is worth.
Dust settles more than once, and handover is a fixed date
Construction dust falls in stages rather than all at once. A build cleaned in a single pass looks right at the end of that day and has greyed over by the following morning — and on a new build, that morning is very often the day the owners walk in for the first time. We work top down and revisit horizontal surfaces after the air has settled, so what they see is what was cleaned.

How is this different from a final clean?
A final clean belongs to a contractor's walkthrough and punch list — it is booked against someone else's deadline and often has trades still finishing around it. This one belongs to a building that has never been cleaned in its life and has nobody living in it, so we can work room by room without re-dirtying what is already done. Tell us whose date it is and we will point you at the right one.
The house is empty. Does that make it a smaller job?
Empty makes it easier to reach, not smaller. Every drawer still comes out, every cabinet is still vacuumed and washed, every sticker still has to come off by hand. An empty house presents more accessible surface than a furnished one, not less.
Should you clean before or after the floors are finished?
After. A floor still being laid, sanded or sealed will put dust back into every room of the building, including the ones nowhere near it. Book us for once the last dust-producing job is genuinely complete, and tell us if that date moves.
Can you clean ahead of listing photographs or an open house?
Yes — tell us at the booking stage, because the date is what we plan the work around. Photographs are unforgiving: a sticker corner left on the glass, a fingerprint on a stainless door and a dusty baseboard all show up far more clearly in a picture than they do in the room.
