In the bathrooms: sinks, toilets, tubs, walls and floors cleaned, sanitized and stripped of stickers, cabinets done inside and out, ceramic and tile walls washed, paint removed, floors washed. In the kitchen every cabinet is vacuumed and then washed, and every drawer comes out to be cleaned rather than wiped at the front. If a scope does not say where the drawers go, it is not this scope.

If you are a contractor working to a walkthrough date, ask us about a final clean. If your family has been living in the house through the work, that is a remodel and renovation cleanup — a different job, because your things are still in it. You might be wondering
How soon after the work finishes should we book?
Once the last trade is off site and nothing left to do will make more dust. If a floor is still being sanded or the painter is coming back for touch-ups, anything cleaned beforehand gets undone. Give us your handover date when you call and we will work backwards from it.
Why does a newly cleaned house look dusty again the next day?
Because construction dust does not all fall at once. A property cleaned in one pass looks right that evening and grays over within a day. That is normal, and it is why we plan the work around a second look at the surfaces that catch it rather than treating one pass as the finish.
Do you take away the construction waste?
No. Off-cuts, packaging, and bulk building waste need to be gone before we start — we are a cleaning company, not a haul-away service. Tell us what is still sitting on site when you call and we will be straight with you about what we can and cannot take on.
