Office Cleaning in Clinton, MA

Every office has the same problem. The desks belong to someone, and everything else belongs to nobody — the kitchen sink, the meeting room table, the washroom, the bin by the printer. We take that whole list off your staff so it stops being a rota on the fridge door that nobody follows.

Office floors cleaned and polished

For the office manager or business owner in Clinton and Central MA who has quietly been restocking the washroom and emptying the kitchen bin themselves, and would like that to stop.

The shared spaces nobody owns

Desks are the easy part. What actually causes friction in an office is the kitchen counter, the outside of the microwave, the sink full of somebody else's mugs, and the washroom that thirty people use and nobody cleans. Those are the rooms we treat as the job rather than the afterthought. Handled on a set schedule, they stop being the thing people complain about.

Cleaning that happens after you have gone home

Your staff should never have to work around a vacuum, and your visitors should never see the bins going out. We schedule around your hours — before the office opens or after it empties — and let ourselves in and out. It is the same trained team every visit, our own people rather than subcontractors, so you are not handing your keys and your alarm code to new faces every few months. We are fully insured on every job.

An agreed list, so nobody has to wonder

Most disappointment with a cleaning contract comes from a scope that was never written down. We agree what gets done at every visit and what gets done less often, and we say plainly which is which. If you want the break room fridge cleaned out on a cycle, or the meeting room glass done before board days, put it on the list and it gets done. Nothing on that list depends on somebody remembering.

What this includes

  • Desks and workstations wiped down around whatever people have left out
  • Meeting rooms reset — table, chairs, glass and the mugs that got abandoned
  • Kitchen and break room: counters, sink, cabinet fronts, and the outside of the microwave and fridge
  • Washrooms cleaned and sanitized, restocked from supplies you keep on site
  • Bins emptied throughout, including the one by the printer that nobody claims
  • Floors vacuumed and hard floors washed, entrance matting included
  • Glass doors, partitions, switch plates and door handles — everywhere hands land

Common questions

You might be wondering

Can you clean outside our business hours?

That is how we normally arrange office work. We come when the building is quiet — early morning, evening or weekend — so nobody is working around us and no customer walks in on a mop. Tell us the window that suits your building and we will schedule inside it.

Do we have to give you a key and an alarm code?

Whatever you are comfortable with. Some offices give us a key and a code and we lock up behind ourselves. Others have someone let us in and secure the building afterwards. Either works, and because it is the same team every visit, you are not repeating the arrangement to new people every month.

How often does an office actually need cleaning?

It depends far more on how many people use the kitchen and washrooms than on how big the floor is. A small office with heavy footfall needs more attention than a large quiet one. Tell us your headcount and how the space gets used, and we will give you a straight opinion rather than sell you the biggest schedule.

Is it the same people each time?

Yes. We are a family-owned company with our own trained team and we do not use subcontractors. The same cleaners learn your office — where the recycling goes, which room is off limits on Thursdays, which door needs pulling to lock.
