Buildings come with quiet hours, service elevators that have to be booked, sign-in sheets and insurance requirements held on file by management. We are fully insured on every job, and we will work to whatever your documents say. Tell us the rules once and we schedule around them, rather than finding out from a neighbor halfway through a morning.
A condo gets dirty differently
There is no driveway feeding grit straight into the hall. It arrives on shoes through a shared corridor, so it lands in a narrow band near the door. The rest comes from inside: forced air moving dust between rooms, a stacked washer and dryer shut in a closet, and the slider that is your one direct opening to the weather. Those are the places the visit goes.

Do you clean the hallways and lobby as well?
Not as part of a unit clean. Those belong to the association's contract. If the board is looking for someone to take on common areas, ask us about commercial cleaning and we will quote that properly and separately.
My association asks anyone working in the building for proof of insurance.
We are fully insured on every job. Tell us who at management needs the paperwork and in what form, and we will get it to them before the first visit rather than on the doorstep.
There are rules about when work can be done in my building.
Then those are our hours. Quiet periods, service elevator bookings, weekend restrictions, deliveries through a particular door. Pass the rules on and we build the schedule around them.
Can you clean the balcony and the outside of the windows?
The balcony floor, the threshold and the slider track, yes. Outside glass above ground level is often the association's responsibility rather than an owner's, so check your documents before you plan on it.
